Classes & Workshops
My weekly class, Elemental Healing, is an opportunity for my patients to come practice the art of self-healing. By doing healing work in a supportive and safe group, we also build a sense of community and are able to share our collective wisdom and skills.

Each class is different, tailored to the participants who show up and with a theme based on the seasons & elements, and what's happening in the greater sphere. We do yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork and meditation, self massage and acupressure, and discuss our own personal journey of self-transformation. At the end, everyone lies down and I offer a group acupuncture or acupressure session. The class is currently limited to 5 students maximum. The price is only $25 to $50, sliding scale. There's really nothing like it!

Each month I've been teaming up with an amazing Sound Seamstress, Tiana Yvonne, to offer Acupuncture in the most healing environment possible - a soundscape of gongs, bells, and singing crystal bowls. She leads us in breath, movement, and singing, and then everyone relaxes down deeply as I come around and offer acupuncture or acupressure.

It's an incredible experience, a whole transcendental journey. I highly recommend coming and trying it out if you can! The price is $55, inquire for lower income rate if you need it. Our next Sound Bath is at Inner Path in downtown Nevada City, 200 Commercial Street, at 6 pm on Sunday February 16th!
